Recently, Kaiqisi has entered into an aseptic project cooperation with Xuzhou Weigang, marking the official application of the new-generation PET wet aseptic filling technology in dairy production scenarios. This partnership not only further consolidates Xuzhou Weigang’s core competitiveness in the high-end dairy manufacturing sector, but also creates a brand-new practical reference case for Kaiqisi’s aseptic equipment in the dairy industry.

Founded in May 2000, Xuzhou Weigang Dairy Co., Ltd. is a modern dairy enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales, located in Xinyi Industrial Park, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It manufactures a diverse range of products including fresh milk, yogurt, milk-containing beverages, compound protein drinks and grain beverages. The company owns proprietary brands such as Photosynthesis Research Institute, Taizi and Anshi. Meanwhile, it provides one-stop OEM/ODM services and has established partnerships with renowned brands including Luckin Coffee, Starbucks, Goodme, Shuyi Tealicious and Freshippo.

依托新一代湿法无菌灌装核心技术，产线在能耗与品控层面实现多重优化：有效减少无菌水消耗，维持消毒液低残留水平；自研全新灌装阀可精准控制滴料现象，实现瓶口洁净无残留；整机采用无瓶型变更件设计，适配生产柔性需求。整套产线的无菌运行效率与稳定表现，可充分匹配高端乳业严苛的生产标准。

Leveraging the core new-generation wet aseptic filling technology, the production line achieves multiple optimizations in energy consumption and quality control: it effectively cuts down the consumption of sterile water and keeps disinfectant residues at a low level. Its self-developed new filling valve accurately suppresses dripping, ensuring clean bottle necks with no residues. The  design without bottle-type change parts to meet flexible production requirements. The aseptic operation efficiency and stable performance of the complete production line fully satisfy the stringent production standards of the high-end dairy industry.
